Sunil Bhu, IHM Pusa 1982
Founder, Flanders Dairy Products. Acting on his fascination with European cheese, he took up apprenticeship under the
guidance of a Master cheesemaker in Diksmuide, Flanders, Belgium.
After being initiated into the fine art of producing farm cheese in Belgium, he took up residence in North Italy to train under renowned
cheesemakers. Here he mastered the production of a variety of South European cheeses.
He now successfully practices these skills on a farm on the outskirts of Delhi, producing some fine European cheeses right here in India.
